GREENGUARD is a third party, industry-independent, organization that deploys rigorous consensus based standards for indoor air quality and certifies that manufactures meet or exceed these strict standards.
These standard based programs certify that buildings follow stringent guidelines developed to reduce negative impacts to the environment as well as increase student performance with better designed facilities. Furniture does not receive certification but it can contribute to the credits the building earns. Tesco is in position to contribute to the maximum number of points available for these programs.
